Return & Refunds Policy
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If, after that time, you decide you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can still return it, as long as its unworn, but there will be a 20% restocking charge (no pun intended!).
If the product has a fault then we will of course refund you in full, or remake them for you.

Return postage costs are your responsibility, and no refunds will be given until we have the item back. If you opt for a refund, rather than an exchange, we are unable to refund the original postage costs, unless the product was faulty.
The guarantees above do not apply to items where you have customised the size or personalised, although we will always do our very best to rectify the situation if you are unhappy with your purchase.
