We specialise in making kilt stockings to go with tartan. We can generally match any tartan and we can put three colours in the top of the stocking with the 'coquet' pattern.
The thinner 4 ply fits inside a shoe, and the thicker 8 ply is more for a boot. Average leg length for stockings is 16 inches (42 cms) to where the stocking turns over.
